DATA RIGHTS REQUEST

Ask us to delete, access or correct your information.

Use this page for information submitted through scalekaar.com or a ScaleKaar business conversation handled by Xtrocommerce.

What you can request

You can ask us to delete eligible personal information, provide information about what we hold, correct inaccurate details, or stop promotional contact. This process covers ScaleKaar website enquiries and communications controlled by Xtrocommerce.

Go to the request form ↓

How the process works

  1. Submit the form below using an email address connected to your interaction with ScaleKaar. You may also add the relevant phone number.
  2. We may contact you through an existing channel to verify your identity or authority.
  3. We will review systems and providers reasonably connected to the request and respond within the period required by applicable law.
  4. We will confirm the action taken or explain any information that must be retained.

Information we may retain

Deletion is not always absolute. We may retain limited records when reasonably required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or contractual purposes. Information controlled independently by Meta, WhatsApp or another provider must also be requested from that provider under its own process.

Submit your request

Do not upload identity documents or include passwords, payment information or other highly sensitive information. We will request only the minimum additional information needed for verification. If this form is unavailable, email info@scalekaar.com.
