1. Operator and acceptance
ScaleKaar is a brand operated by Xtrocommerce, India. By using scalekaar.com or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Website information and proposals
The website describes possible managed services and indicative prices. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve capacity or guarantee acceptance. A paid engagement begins only after both parties agree to a written scope, price, responsibilities and payment terms.
3. Managed AI services and human responsibility
AI-assisted work can contain errors and requires appropriate human review. Clients remain responsible for approving factual claims, prices, offers, regulated content, customer lists, account permissions and public communications unless a signed agreement expressly assigns a specific responsibility to Xtrocommerce.
ScaleKaar does not guarantee rankings, sales, leads, message delivery, platform approval or uninterrupted third-party service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ScaleKaar services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorised activity, including spam, impersonation, rights infringement, prohibited goods or services, evasion of platform controls, or contacting people without the permissions required by law and platform policy.
5. Client accounts and third-party platforms
Unless agreed otherwise, clients own and control their domains, advertising accounts, WhatsApp Business Accounts, phone numbers, contact lists and other platform assets. Third-party services—including Meta and WhatsApp—are governed by their own terms, pricing, reviews and availability. Their charges are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise.
6. Fees, taxes and changes
Published prices exclude GST and approved third-party usage charges unless stated otherwise. The applicable proposal will describe payment dates, included capacity and additional work. We may change website information prospectively; an existing signed agreement controls the applicable engagement.
7. Intellectual property and confidential information
ScaleKaar branding, website content, methods and pre-existing materials remain the property of Xtrocommerce or their respective licensors. Ownership and licences for client-specific deliverables are determined by the signed proposal or service agreement. Each party should protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the agreed purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may refuse or suspend work that creates a security, legal, payment, platform-policy or reputational risk. Either party may end a service according to its signed agreement. Obligations concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, data handling and accrued rights may continue where appropriate.
9. Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Liability for a paid service is governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
